The Great Legendary Easter Hunt

Take part in the Great Legendary Easter Hunt at Butterfield Acres. This event comes highly recommended for children six and under and requires pre-purchased tickets.

Ninja it Up

Burn off some of that high octane chocolate energy at InjaNation, Calgary’s latest indoor trampoline park and obstacle course. Open Easter Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Easter Monday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Climb High

Reach new heights with Vivo’s 30-foot climbing wall and bouldering area. Bring clean, indoor climbing or running shoes, and they supply the rest. Family climbing, which includes belay services, happens Sunday, April 16 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and is suitable for all ages (no experience necessary). Your drop-in admission to the centre also provides access to the pool, gymnasiums, and fitness classes, so make sure you pack your swimsuits!

Easter Eggstravaganza

Take part in the Easter Eggstravaganza at the Calgary Zoo Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event features face painting, sweet treats, bunny races, fun crafts, and many other fun activities your kids are sure to enjoy.

Splash and Slide

Check out the indoor waterpark at Southland Leisure Centre. The award-winning facility includes a wave pool, slides, AquaPlay structure, hot tub, and steam room. Open Friday, April 14, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 15, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Get Your Skate On

Sharpen those skates and enjoy some skate time at Trico Centre. The rink is open all weekend long. Check the Easter schedule for stick and puck, leisure, and shinny sessions.
