Dressed Pork Tenderloin

2 pcs. pork tenderloin, long & thin
1 loaf whole wheat bread, diced
1 tsp savory
1 tsp poultry seasoning
dash salt & pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 onion, small
1 apple, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 or 3 mushrooms








Clean fat off pork and slice down the side, like a bun, then open and pound out flat. Sprinkle bread cubes with seasonings. In a frying pan cook the mushrooms, celery, apple, onion and butter; then pour over the bread. Roll bread mixture in pork and place on greased aluminum foil. Cook about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375˚ F. Once cooked remove foil, take out and cut into slices.
