Lemon Oregano Chicken Drumettes 


2 lbs chicken drumettes
3    lemons, freshly squeezed
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp     olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp fresh oregano, minced
dash salt
dash black pepper







Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand. Grill chicken drumettes until juices run clear. Remove drumettes and place them in the sauce. Toss until well coated. Place in a warm oven for ten minutes. Remove from sauce and serve.
