Service changes to help blunt the spread of Novel Coronavirus:
- Patients are required to wear surgical-type masks at all times while in our clinics to minimize the potential spread of infection from someone who is infected, and for those who may have COVID-19 before they experience symptoms themselves. If the mask you are wearing when you come for your appointment is not a surgical mask, we will provide you with one.
- Please note that all entrances to the mall are open at 7:00 a.m.
- Reserved exam times (7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday) for vulnerable patients.
- Increased health and safety protocols, including isolation areas for patients with cold or flu-like symptoms and/or risks of exposure.
- Screening questions for patients at check-in.
If you live or work in the heart of downtown Calgary, our location in the CORE Shopping Centre is the best place to come for your medical imaging needs. The plus 15 makes getting to and from your appointment convenient and if you feel like treating yourself after your appointment, there are many fantastic shops and restaurants nearby.

Please note that the +15 bridge from the 4 Street LRT station to The CORE will be closed from September 18 to 25. Patients will need to cross over from the ground level.
HOW TO FIND US
- Please note that all entrances to the mall are open at 7:00 a.m.
- We are located on the fourth floor, in The Core Medical Centre, between the barber shop and the food court at the end of the hall.
- The best way to find us is by taking the glass elevator up to the fourth floor.
SELF-PARK INFORMATION
There are two underground pay parkades for The Core:
- Holt Renfrew parkade located on 8th Avenue, between 4th and 5th Street.
- The Core parkade located on 4th Street, between 7th and 8th Avenue.
- Day parking rates: Monday – Friday $3/half hour, $30 daily maximum.
- Evening parking rates start at 3 p.m., first 3 hours free, $2 flat fee thereafter.
- If you lose your parking ticket the cost to exit the parkade is $32.

Erwin Singh
Clinic Manager
Erwin has been with Mayfair Diagnostics since 2015, and is an experienced multi-competency Ultrasound Technologist. Erwin completed his undergraduate education at McMaster University and pursued ultrasound at the Canadian National Institute of Health.
Donna Yuen
Assistant Clinic Manager
Donna joined the company in 2001. She has always wanted to work in health care because she loves helping people. Donna takes great pride in working for a company that has been caring for patients for over a century.
