Cindy Ziobrowski

VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Cindy is responsible for providing senior-level strategic human resources leadership, delivery, and support, including expertise in team management and administration, recruitment, training and development, total rewards, compensation, and benefits.

Before joining Mayfair, Cindy was the Director of Human Resources at Repsol Sport Centre and prior to that was the HR Director at MNP LLP. She started her career in the retail sector, working in human resources for organizations such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Petcetera, as well as 7-Eleven Canada. Her prior roles provided a strong focus on business operations – a key driver to her success. Cindy is also the Regional Chair for the Calgary and Southern Alberta Chapter of the Institute of Professional Management.
