Mostly daytime, Monday through Friday. Some roles may require occasional weekends or extended hours depending on clinic hours.
Experience with clinical scheduling systems, EMRs, Microsoft Office; familiarity with billing systems or patient record systems is a plus.
Yes — front desk/reception, answering calls, greeting patients, answering their questions, helping with paperwork.
Varies by employer and experience. Many admin roles in medical diagnostics pay CAD ~ $20-30/hr for entry to mid-level, plus health benefits, possibly RRSP or pension matching, paid time off.
