To access the clinic, you will need to turn into the Grande Plaza parking lot and park in the southeast corner. Please note, our Cochrane clinic does not offer X-ray services. X-ray services are available at the Cochrane Community Health Centre.

To access the clinic, you will need to turn into the Grande Plaza parking lot and park in the southeast corner. The clinic entrance does NOT face Grande Boulevard.
PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is located near the front entrance of the clinic, within the plaza. Parking is free.

Clinic Manager
Alexa has been with Mayfair since 2007. She received a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay and her ultrasound diploma from the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. She’s worked as a sonographer and held various leadership roles within Mayfair.
