Mayfair Diagnostics Castleridge is located at 20, 55 Castleridge Boulevard NE. We are located at the northwest corner of the plaza, right beside Safeway. Please note if you use GPS or Google Maps, they may direct you behind our building.

There is plenty of free parking available in the surface lot directly in front of Safeway and our clinic. This clinic offers bone density, breast imaging, nuclear medicine imaging, pain management, ultrasound, and X-ray services.
