WHAT HAPPENS DURING EXERCISE STRESS TESTING?

An exercise stress test helps your doctor determine how your heart performs under stress (during exercise). Your heart’s electrical activity and your blood pressure are measured while you exercise on a treadmill. After this 1-2-hour exam, your doctor will receive a copy of your electrocardiogram analysis and the consultation report from the internal medicine specialist.

Exercise stress testing is only offered at Mayfair Diagnostics Mayfair Place.
