Digital Imaging Assistant

Supports the daily operations of the radiology department by preparing patients for procedures, ensuring accurate patient information entry, and assisting technologists with imaging workflows. Includes managing digital files, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and providing compassionate, professional support to patients throughout their visit.

Patient Experience

The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting patients by answering calls, booking appointments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy. This role focuses on delivering a positive and seamless experience by guiding patients through scheduling processes, explaining procedures, and resolving concerns in a timely manner.

Radiologist

The Radiologist is responsible for interpreting medical imaging studies, including X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine exams, to provide accurate diagnoses and support patient care. This role works closely with referring physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, detailed reports and recommendations to our organization and partners.

Technologist

This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, depending on specialization. The role ensures accurate image acquisition, patient safety, and compassionate care while adhering to established protocols and equipment maintaining. Working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, the technologist supports timely diagnoses and contributes to a positive experience.

HR Specialist

Administrative professionals support the success of the organization across HR, marketing, operations, and infrastructure. From attracting and supporting staff to promoting services and optimizing workflows, these teams ensure both employees and patients have a positive experience. Together, they maintain safe, efficient environments and the systems that keep daily operations running smoothly. A large contribution to our daily operation and support for other departments.

Information Technology

IT professionals are essential to maintaining and advancing the technology systems that support patient care and clinic operations. These roles include managing networks, servers, and hardware, ensuring data security and compliance, and providing technical support to staff across the organization. Team members may also develop and implement new digital tools, support electronic medical record systems, and optimize workflows through technology solutions.
